Lewis along with his parter Lilah Fear are the current Senior British Ice Dance Champions and finished 5th at the 2020 European Championships and climbed to a 2020 world ranking of 8th in the World. In 2019 they earned their first Grand Prix medal at Skate Canada. For many years Lewis trained as a Singles and Pairs skater also. Claiming the silver medal in the Mens Senior British Championships and was the 2010 Novice Pairs British Champion. 

Lewis founded ICE+DANCE in 2019 when he hosted Gabriella Papdakis and Guillaume Cizeron in both Scotland and London England for two day seminars attended by skaters of all ages and levels from around the world. Lewis has been creating skating seminars for over 5 years now and held ICE+DANCE first online edition in 2020. Lewis has been very fortunate to train and learn from the very best in the world and his passion to give this opportunity to other skaters and allow them to grow as athletes, showing them that its possible to rise in this sport with determination and hard work is fantastic. 


In 2020 Lilah and Lewis became proud ambassadors to Whiteleys Retreats. Whiteleys provides free therapeutic short breaks for children, young people and their families with cancer and life altering illnesses. Whiteleys offers two amazing five star assisted catering cottages where families can enjoy holistic, music and recreational therapies all nestled in the Scottish countryside, next to Lewis’ hometown.

Lewis started coaching in 2014 back in Scotland. Living in Montreal Lewis is now a qualified Canadian NCCP Provincial Coach. Lewis loves sharing his knowledge and experience from his own skating career to help guide and better anyone who has a love for our sport. Having competed in three disciplines Lewis is uniquely able to pass on the benefits from each and help with the development of the skater. Lewis is also trained in using the Pro Motion Pole Harness.
